The App is bespoke to your brand and split into five easy stages for the user to complete. Once these stages are completed the details are then sent to the valuer via an email notification - so you never miss an opportunity. 

 

But the iVal App is more than that, with it’s functionality to give accurate room measurements, send push notifications, property searches and integrates with your management platform.

iVAL:
APP INTRODUCTION

Your users first introduction to your iVal App.

 

The iVal App itself is tailored to your brand identity. We take your logo, corporate colours and marketing message and apply them to the iVal App to make it yours. Your now bespoke iVal App will be able to be downloaded from the Apple Store and Google Play as well as being linked to your website.

STAGE ONE: 
TELL US ABOUT YOU

The first stage of the iVal App is for the user to tell us about themselves.

 

Whether they are looking to sell or let their property, where the property is as well as their contact details. 

 

Once this is completed then it’s on to Stage Two…

 
 

STAGE TWO:
TELL US ABOUT
YOUR PROPERTY

The second stage of the iVal App is for the user to tell us about their property. 

 

Here we find out more about the users property - the type of property, number of bedrooms, property condition to name but a few. 

 

The App also has an area for the user to type in any changes that have been made to the property, like a new fitted kitchen or the revamping of a bathroom.

 

After answering this stage, the App moves on to its selling points

STAGE THREE:
TELL US ABOUT THE SELLING POINTS

The third stage of the iVal App is for the user to tell us about the property’s selling points.

 

Is it in a good location? Is it with in a school catchment area? Does it have off-street parking etc. Again there is an area for the user to type in any other features to consider, for example: ’The property is in a quiet area, with a park nearby.’ This gives you the valuer a better picture of the property and it’s surroundings…

 

The next stage is what does the actually property look like…

 

STAGE FOUR:
SHOW US YOUR PROPERTY

The fourth stage of the iVal App is for the user to upload photographs and videos.

 

The user will be asked to submit an exterior front and back picture as well as several interior pictures of the property.

 

Soon to be released alongside the ability of taking pictures and videos of the property will be a measuring tool. This functionality will allow the user to measure a rooms dimensions to millimetre accuracy. Saving the valuer time when trying to calculate the exact value per square foot…

 

STAGE FIVE:
TALK TO US ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY

The fifth and last stage of the iVal App. 

 

This final stage lets the user choose a time and date that is convenient for them to talk to the valuer about the property.

 

The user is able to pick several times and days, using the iVal App calendar, which are submitted to the valuer. An extremely simple and easy process to complete.

THANK YOU

With all the stages completed the user will be greeted with a personalised thank you message. Letting them know that all the requirements have been meet for the virtual valuation, and that a valuer will be in contact soon to confirm the appointment time from those given.

 

From the valuers side, they will be sent an email notification that a user has successfully completed along with the completed five stages. Links will also be included in the email allow the valuer access and view the upload photographs and videos - as some image/video sizes will be too large for email.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The ability to send push notifications directly to the user, which could comprise of a reminder of a property appraisal, a property viewing, a property that matches their search criteria or when a property has recently been instructed and not even on a property portal.

PROPERTY SEARCH

Your properties listing available on the iVal App, allowing the user to enter their search criteria and be instantly updated when a matching property comes on the market.

 

MANAGEMENT PLATFORM INTEGRATION

The iVal App can also integrate directly into your management platform, be it Vebra, Jupix, Reapit, Expert Agent, DezRez to name a few. 

 

This functionality makes sure that every opportunity is seen and not missed, as well as being able to put them on automated triggers sending them relevant email communications at the right time in their customer journey with you. Not to mention the business having visibility of them and where they are in the cycle.
